The internationally renowned wine critic Kerin O’Keefe has recently published an article entitled “Time Traveling through Barolo Ravera with Elvio Cogno 2000-2019”, which is entirely dedicated to the Elvio Cogno winery and a special Barolo Ravera vertical tasting.
On the occasion of an exclusive wine tasting focused exclusively on the most historic label of our winery, the writer tasted and reviewed 20 different vintages, from 2000 to 2019, assigning excellent scores and beautiful tasting notes.
It was a memorable tasting, with some phenomenal wines. There were a few surprises, mostly from the hottest vintages that proved the great vocation of Ravera and demonstrated the skill and experience of the winemaker.
