Elvio Cogno is “Best winery 2023” according to the new edition of L’Espresso wine guide.
On the occasion of the presentation of the guide “1000 wines of Italy”, which was held in Milan on Monday, June 26th, the editor Luca Gardini awarded the Barolo Ravera 2019, as a 100-point wine, and gave Elvio Cogno the top award “Best winery 2023″, recognition of inestimable value, which fills us with great pride and satisfaction.
In addition to this latest news, we point out that the paper magazine Verticale, edited by Nelson Pari, Jacopo Cossater and Matteo Gallello, has published an exclusive article which is entirely dedicated to Elvio Cogno winery and a vertical tasting composed of 14 vintages of Barolo Ravera Bricco Pernice, from 2005 to 2018.
Moreover, with the beginning of 2023, we have witnessed a complete resumption of activities and events in several markets: in addition to Italian and international events, such as Vinitaly and Prowein, we had the opportunity to travel abroad again without restrictions, with the aim of presenting our wines alongside our foreign partners to professionals and wine enthusiasts in many different countries.
There is great excitement and expectation about 100 Great Terroir Wineries of Italy, the largest and most prestigious event focused on Italian fine wines in China. The tasting 
has been organized by Ian D’Agata and will be held in Shanghai on 8 and 9 July 2023. In addition to a walk-around tasting, some themed Masterclasses have been organized and two of our wines have been selected: the Langhe Nascetta del Comune di Novello Anas-cëtta 2021 will be presented during the The Wines of Northern Italy Masterclass, while the Barolo Ravera 2018 will be the protagonist of a tasting focused on Barolo and Barbaresco MGA.
