It is springtime and we are about to begin bottling the new vintages of nascetta, dolcetto, barbera and nebbiolo. This is the moment where we pay carful attention to continue the process of creating wines of the highest quality. After an adequate period of ageing in bottles, the wines will be ready to ship Worldwide. Elvio Cogno’s logistics have improved with the launch of a new robotic line of packaging, and a new expansion dedicated to the storage of the bottles has, in fact, just been completed. A new Wine Library of 240 m2 has just been built where the wine rests in perfect condition. This space has been thought out for a collection of the best vintages of Barolo Ravera, Langhe Nascetta and Barbera Prephylloxera.
Furthermore, this area helps us to be more flexible during the ageing period of the wine in bottles, allowing us to extend their stay in the cellar so as to sell our wines perfect when they are in optimum condition.
